A quick note on dietary preferences:

For vegetarian options, we can prepare pizzas with delicious toppings like tomato, mozzarella, mushrooms, peppers, and more. Our vegan-friendly options include sourdough bases and tomato sauce, paired with fresh vegetables.

We recommend skipping the vegan ‘cheese’ as we believe it masks the wonderful flavours of our dough and sauce – which are, of course, the stars of the show!

All of our plates and napkins are biodegradable, and we’ve got that covered too!

Allergen Information

We take allergens seriously, and it’s important to highlight that all our food is prepared in kitchens where ingredients such as nuts, mushrooms, and other allergens may be present. While we’ll have a full ingredient list available on the day, for any guests with severe allergies, we strongly recommend providing an alternative meal prepared in your own kitchen.

As a mobile kitchen, we don’t have the same facilities as a restaurant to fully separate allergens like nuts from the cooking process. All our preparation surfaces, tools, and equipment are shared across ingredients, including pistachios, which means we cannot guarantee allergen-free meals.

We hope you understand, and we kindly ask that alternative arrangements are made for guests with nut allergies for this event.
